Bring Your Health Data

Export report for your appointment

Finding nearby doctors

Patients can search for specialists by condition, location, and insurance acceptance. The system shows verified doctors with availability, distance, ratings, and ability to book appointments directly through the platform.

Bringing data to appointments

Before an in-person visit, patients can export their health report as a PDF or share it digitally with the physician's office. This ensures the doctor has longitudinal context even if they're not connected to the Merina platform.

The exported report includes the same structured summary used in telehealth: symptom trends, medication adherence, flagged concerns, and patient questions. Physical examination happens with full historical context already available.

Supporting traditional care models

Many patients prefer or require in-person visits for certain medical needs. Merina doesn't attempt to replace this—it simply ensures that when patients see doctors physically, those doctors have comprehensive data rather than fragmented verbal histories.

When this is used

Patients use this when they need to establish care with a new specialist, require procedures or examinations that can't be done remotely, or prefer seeing their doctor in person. The data export happens before each appointment to ensure physicians have current information.
